NBC Ratings Fall
April 30th, 2007 by Greg
NBCs ratings have fallen over the past few weeks. It is the lowest they have seen in years. Of the major networks they are dead last in viewership. The reason for this? The cancelling of new and upcoming programs such as The Black Donnellys. When you are a network that can’t commit to any of your upcoming shows you will of course lose viewership. The shows that the viewers really like are being taken off the air and we are pledging to boycott networks like NBC who continue to take our shows off the air. So NBC we ask you to keep The Black Donnellys and other new shows that deserve a chance.

Well… yes. That really is a great way to lose viewers, now isn’t it.

They need to stop showing reality shows. They are so played out and not entertaining anymore.
There maybe one show as great as the Donnelly’s.
I really hope they reconsider.

I have to admit when The Black Donnellys first premiered I was upset enough since at the time it looked like it was going to be replacing Studio 60, which is in my opinion one of the smartest shows to be aired on television in years. Then to see them cancel TBD, which is one of the most edgy shows ever on network television, it makes me wonder if the powers that be even watch the shows on their own network. Any other network would kill for either one of these shows, but NBC is too stupid to see the amazing writers and casts they have in place. How about actually advertising and supporting great television, instead of taking the easy way out and putting all their faith in reality TV. No wonder the are lower than FOX in the ratings.
